QBY4 pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery. Using an air compressor to compress air as a power source, it can extract and absorb various corrosive liquids, particulate liquids, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids.

QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump can not only pump flowing liquids, but also transport some non flowing media. It has all the functions of submersible pumps, self-priming pumps, impurity pumps, shield pumps, mud pumps, and many characteristics of conveying machinery.
1. Spacious flow and good performance, allowing particles with a diameter of up to 10 millimeters to pass through. When pumping mud and impurities, there is minimal wear on the pump;
2. No need for irrigation or water diversion, suction up to 7 meters, lift up to 50 meters, outlet pressure ≥ 7 bar
3. Pneumatic diaphragm pumps have no rotating parts or shaft seals. The medium pumped by the diaphragm is completely separated from the moving parts and workpiece medium of the pump, and the conveyed medium will not leak outward. So when pumping toxic, volatile or corrosive media, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety;

Even if the pump runs without medium for a long time or suddenly stops due to unexpected situations, it will not be damaged.
