QBS series manual diaphragm pump can pump both flowing liquid, but also can transport some difficult to flow medium, with self-priming pump, shield pump, slurry pump and impurity pump and other transport machinery many advantages.

operating principle

Manual diaphragm pump for low lift, small flow of water lifting operations, by the pump body, in and out of the water pipe, inlet and outlet valves, diaphragm and push rod, etc. The pump body may consist of one or two pump chambers. Diaphragm pump with two pump cavities, its diaphragm is arranged in the center of the pump body, or two diaphragms are installed in the outer sides of the separated two pump cavities respectively. When working, the handwheel connected with the diaphragm is manipulated by hand to push the diaphragm into and open the reciprocating motion, so that the volume of the two pump chambers alternately expands and contracts. When the pump cavity is enlarged, the pressure is reduced, the inlet valve is opened and the outlet valve is closed, and water flows into the pump cavity from the inlet pipe; when the pump cavity is reduced, the pressure is increased, the inlet valve is closed, the outlet valve is opened, and the water in the pump cavity flows out from the drain pipe. The two pump cavities alternately absorb water and drain water, and the water can be pumped 0~20 tons per hour.
